Please confirm the ON/OFF Button on the side or the bottom of the television(depending on model) is in the ON position.

Answer 2

It is possible the 5Amp fuse in the 12V DC lead has failed.

Please check, in the the actual plug you can unscrew the “nipple” at the end of the plug this will expose a fuse.
